The Bolivar BBQ Blowout and Music Festival is a new two-day championship BBQ cooking contest held in Bolivar, Tn downtown historic district. This cook off is sanctioned by the Memphis Barbecue Network (MBN). The MBN is one of the leading sanctioning bodies of BBQ contest in the world and is dedicated to promoting and preserving the unique Memphis Style BBQ through education, support, and management.
